Partnership
Long-term partnership where I take full care of your infrastructure. Regular updates, platform development, and support for your applications — all with clearly defined processes.
What the partnership includes
- Infrastructure management and IaC (Terraform)
- Kubernetes and containerization
- Monitoring, alerting, and observability
- Security and regular reviews
- Scalable scope of collaboration
- CI/CD pipeline and automation
- AI and agent integration
Who is the partnership for
I work with companies from startups to enterprise — size doesn’t matter. I bring technical know-how that the company lacks, whether it’s infrastructure, automation, or DevOps culture. I’ll adjust the scope to your needs — from a few hours per week up to roughly half a working week.
Long-term support and SLA
I offer long-term support with guaranteed response times. I don’t provide L1 support — I solve technical problems at an expert level. Support is provided with my team during business hours, Mon–Fri 9–17.
Support includes regular infrastructure reviews, proactive updates, and tracking new technologies. Thanks to ongoing collaboration, I know your environment in detail and can respond quickly and effectively.

Training
Training courses are delivered as hands-on workshops with emphasis on practical examples. All materials and sample code are yours to keep.
Argo CD
Stop deploying to Kubernetes manually. Learn GitOps with Argo CD — versioned deployments in Git, auto-sync, and easy rollbacks.
Docker
Learn to package your app into a container and deploy it to production. From Docker basics to multi-container apps and best practices.
Git
Learn Git from basics to advanced techniques — branching, merge strategies, and conflict resolution. Work in parallel without losing code.
GitHub Actions
Automate tests, builds, and deployments with GitHub Actions. Learn to write workflows, create custom actions, and set up reliable CI/CD.
GitLab CI
Design efficient GitLab CI/CD pipelines, configure Runners, and automate the path from commit to production. Hands-on workshop.
Kubernetes
Learn to deploy and run containerized apps at scale. Manage clusters, deploy with Helm, and handle everyday Kubernetes operations.
Postgres on Kubernetes
Run PostgreSQL on Kubernetes with CloudNativePG. Learn to automate upgrades, failover, backups, and monitoring — hands-on workshop.
Terraform
Take control of your cloud infrastructure. Learn to manage environments as code with Terraform — versioned, repeatable, and auditable.
Public sessions
I regularly schedule public training sessions for individuals and small groups. Sessions take place in Prague or online.

What my clients say about me.
Long-term cooperation
When we first met Vojta, we were in the process of migrating existing Kubernetes clusters to new, improved (in-house) infrastructure packages. We were a great match in terms of automation — both for creating/tearing down infrastructure and for deployment automation — as well as in the technologies we used (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, GitLab, Docker). Vojta designed and built new Terraform repositories for us, helped train our team and junior colleagues, and was available long-term to resolve ad-hoc issues.

Long-term cooperation
Over the past few years, Vojta Mareš and I have successfully tackled many technical challenges, primarily in the world of Kubernetes, where Vojta excels from both an operations and development perspective. Together we automated processes with scripts such as GitHub Workflows and GitLab pipelines, and handled complex infrastructures for public clouds (AWS, GCP) as well as our own RKE2 clusters with high-availability coverage. Vojta’s expertise extends into development too — his cross-disciplinary skills enabled us to build the foundational concept of a Kubernetes operator in Go, which is a key component of our product. Thanks to his experience and ability to quickly learn new things, the world of Kubernetes is an open book to him, and very little can catch him off guard.

GitHub Actions training
Mr. Mareš provided us with excellent training on pipelines, CI/CD, and hands-on demonstrations with real-life examples based on his extensive experience in DevOps. We have both senior DevOps people and beginners on our team, and the content and format of his training was suitable for both groups — thumbs up.
Git & GitHub training
We learned a great deal about how Git works under the hood, with real demonstrations of operations (including less common ones) both in the command line and in tools like GitHub Desktop. It was useful to see the most efficient ways to work with Git and how it all fits into our team’s daily workflow through GitHub Enterprise, which we use at our company.

Let’s do this together
It’s time to bring your infrastructure up to current standards. Infrastructure should present your application to the world, not hold it back.
